Chase has over 14 years of experience in delivering innovative and award winning products enhancing the consumer messaging market. Chase demonstrated his startup experience by driving UnBound to profitability in 2002 while being awarded the top 3rd position in the Fast Tech 50. At SprintPCS Chase launched the first Enhanced Messaging Service for 2G and 3G networks running on millions of devices based on UnBound's patented technology, which is still in production today. The same foundation is now powering UnBoundSOUND the first digital entertainment network. Prior to founding UnBound, he led the launch of Chase.com and the first high availability online banking services as a VP at Chase Manhattan Bank.
As CTO at TechSource, Chase was a key member to drive the organization to it's largest growth point and profit. As part of the "Dream Team" at Houston Chronicle Interactive, Chase drove the first real-time electronic advertising software solution based on key words and weighted frequency. At Oracle, Chase was Director of Product Management of the enterprise instant messaging product and is a veteran in the real-time collaboration technologies receiving many patents and several publications.
Greg has over 10 years experience in delivering innovative enterprise and mobile messaging solutions. As UnBound’s CTO, Greg led the design and development of the Sprint PCS Short Mail service. This service currently handles millions of inter-carrier short messaging service messages per day. Greg was also the architect of the Universal Application Messaging framework, which allows delivery of enterprise applications to mobile and desktop enhanced IM clients. Greg was Principal Technical Architect at Sprint and provided Sprint's business customers with innovative technical solutions to integrate mobile and wireless technologies into the enterprise.
Greg started a consulting firm to provide technical staff support for a large scale J2EE energy auction and scheduling application, which services the Texas Ercot region. As a Lead Software Engineer at RedSky Interactive, Greg was responsible for full life cycle engineering on projects in the semiconductor, manufacturing and retail markets. At Synaptix Systems, Greg was responsible for design and development of a form-based mobile client/server database access application that allows new applications to be pushed to mobile devices.
Greg and Chase have worked together for five years as UnBound’s management team. During this time, UnBound generated 2 million in contracts with Sprint PCS with a 1.7 million license for UnBound’s messaging platform.
Generosa has held marketing programs and market development responsibilities at Netapps, Oracle Corporation, and Nortel Networks. Prior to Oracle she was an industry analyst at Frost and Sullivan where she led strategic research and consulting projects for Internet audio (MP3 players, digital music download and distribution). Prior to her marketing role, Generosa was a professional recording engineer and was also involved in the early stages of Internet audio as an editing engineer for Personics Corp., the pioneer of the concept of previewing and purchasing individual digital music tracks.
Michael is a seasoned developer of mobile games and mobile messaging and web applications with demonstrated success in taking innovative software solutions from concept to market. He designed and developed the Short Mail mobile messaging interface for SprintPCS. At Ubiworks, Michael worked on the WAP mobile payment interface for Nedap's Bluetooth-enabled petrol pumps in the Netherlands. He was among the first to extend presence-based services to J2ME handsets and played a major role in the development of the Universal Application Messaging (UAM) framework, allowing dynamic XML-based delivery of existing web applications to mobile devices over IM and SMS. At Super Happy Fun Fun, Michael worked with Jamdat Sports to bring Quarterback Showdown to MIDP devices. He designed and developed the Java multiplayer gaming API for Chasma Interactive, currently used in the online gaming hit, Slingo?. Michael worked with veteran 3D artists to develop a next generation fighting game to be released this spring for high-end MIDP 2.0 devices.
